Series: Kings & Things | Week 5

Keep Your Eye on the Ball | Ezra
Pastor Rustin Rossello

Wednesdays, starting Sept. 11 | All campuses

Connect more deeply with God and your purpose by experiencing Rooted this fall! Rooted isn’t a class or Bible study, it’s an opportunity to discover and practice seven key rhythms that will transform your walk with Jesus as you integrate them into your life. Come grow as a disciple in community with others!
Our Discovery Kids program is growing and we’re reaching more families than ever! Come see what it’s like by serving as a classroom helper during just one or two services this summer. You’ll get a chance to experience the joy of watching some amazing kids discover who God is and His plan for their lives.

Saturday, August 3 | 2:45pm | Harkins Shea 14

Join us for a free viewing of Sound of Hope: The Story of Possom Trot, a movie that shares the incredible true story of a church in Texas where 22 families adopted 77 children from the local foster system. This remarkable act of love and community sparked a movement, and the vision aligns with our For the Valley initiative to care for Arizona foster children and families. You must reserve a ticket to attend!

Monday, August 5 | 6:30pm | Shea A9

Join us for an exciting evening of updates and news about what God is doing through SBC’s Global Workers. We’ll also pray for God’s protection, direction, and favor upon them as they experience the joys and challenges of sharing the gospel around the world.
Did you know SBC offers 15 different groups that provide support and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges? Hosted by trained leaders and people who have been where you are, several of these groups are launching in August. Options include Healing After Abortion, DivorceCare, GriefShare, Families Dealing with Dementia, recovery groups, Boundaries studies for women, and others.

Thursdays | 7pm | Shea HSM Room

If you’re a young adult aged 18-30, Thursday nights are the place to build friendships and grow in your faith through Bible teaching, worship, and community. Come join us to see what's new, and mark your calendar for our annual YA Retreat, October 18-20 in Coronado, CA!

Sunday, August 18 | All campuses

This one-hour class is your chance to discover what it means to be an SBC member. If you love SBC, come find out the benefits and purposes of membership and how you can participate in our mission.
